CA20E / CA18E (SOHC) Fuel Hacks

Aftermarket Fuel Pressure modifcations.
Fuel rail modification for both CA18 and CA20 SOHC

Tools Required,

2x 6AN Female to 5/16th barb hose fitting straight swivel,

2x –6AN Male to 5/16 Hardline tube Fuel Fitting compression adapter

1x Mini Steel Tube cutter

s12 fuel rail modifications

First you want to cut off the old fuel pressure regulator, you have to cut the pipe and the original

mounting point for the fuel rail. That should be the bottom rail remember that spot for that will be the spot for the fuel pressure regulator to connect to. (universal)

Top one is easy to cut and apply the AN fitting.

Install rail as you would, fit the holes. The fuel pressure regulator check the FSM for the correct fuel pressure.  Mine is setting at 37psi before fire on a ca20e. You can also retro fit an VG30e rpg, just plug one of the feeds.

Fuel Sending unit for all 200sx s12 nissan cars. 

Parts needed:

M5 Rubber Well Nuts Brass

M5 Bolts, nuts, lockwashers.

16-18Guage wiring, O ring tips,

Removing each original cap, requires a flat head screw driver, a hammer.

M5 rubber well’s will be slightly bigger than the holes when you have break these out, I recommend to do 1 at a time or label each wire as the 2 yellows are same and they have to match the harness or you will get an incorrect reading with fuel levels.  Red is fuel pump power, black is fuel pump ground.
